Looking for Evidence.

If you are looking for something you will always find it.

I see this with my clients every day.

They are looking for evidence that they can’t do something.

They are looking for evidence that they are not progressing in their mental journey.

They are looking for evidence that they have no friends or their friends are mean to them.

They are looking for evidence that they are not smart.

They are looking for evidence that their parents are not proud of them.

They are looking for evidence that they are too sensitive.

If you are looking for it, you will always find it.

It is why two people can find evidence on both sides of a topic and both be right.

Looking for evidence of negative things is not helpful.

Try looking for evidence about how amazing you are.

Try looking for evidence that you are smart.

Try looking for evidence that you know how to figure anything out.

Try looking for evidence that your parents are proud of you.

The most interesting thing will happen.

You will see it.

And you will start to believe it.

And it will be true.

If you have a teen who is stuck in looking at the negative side of things then I can help.

My program is what they need to start changing their thoughts towards positive things and actually finding them.
