Feel Anxiety.

I'm so grateful that people are starting to see anxiety as something we don't need to hide anymore. You are not damaged because you feel anxiety on a daily basis. Everyone feels anxiety at some point. This is just your experience and it's not something you need to hide from everyone. If you feel anxiety in your daily life, tell someone. You don't need to shout it from the rooftop. Just letting someone else know can be so freeing. Share how you are feeling. Don't keep it in any longer.
